Report a data problem
A little context helps us reproduce a discrepancy.
- The page or share-card URL and the date shown.
- The plan or model, displayed value and comparison period.
- What you expected to see, with a public source if available.
- A screenshot with any account details or private information removed.
Report a website problem
Include your device, browser, page language and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot of the affected area is useful. Please do not send passwords, API keys, session tokens or full private account logs.
Permissions and privacy
For reuse requests, describe what you want to publish and where it will appear. For a privacy request, explain the information or email conversation involved. We may need enough context to verify and fulfil a request, but do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed.
