Who this policy covers
This policy applies to codexquota.today and its English and Chinese pages. You can browse the site without creating an account. We do not ask you to connect your OpenAI account, provide an API key or upload private Codex logs. For privacy questions, email contact@codexquota.today.
Browsing and service operation
Delivering a webpage requires processing basic request information, which can include an IP address, request time, requested URL and browser headers. Hosting and security providers may process this information to deliver the service, investigate failures and protect against abuse.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page usage and device or browser types. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and online identifiers to measure activity. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our configuration. You can block analytics requests or manage cookies in your browser.
The Ouch reaction counter
The reaction feature stores a shared daily total and its date. English and Chinese clicks contribute to the same total, which resets at midnight Beijing time. The counter is a count of reactions, not a count of unique people.
The counter record does not store your name, email, OpenAI account or an individual reaction history. A click still makes a normal network request and is subject to the operational processing described above.
Sharing, downloads and your clipboard
Share cards contain public quota values, chart observations and website branding. Cards are generated for the site, not personalized with a visitor identity, and archived cards can remain publicly accessible.
We write a link to your clipboard only when you choose a copy action or download action that also copies the homepage link. We do not read your clipboard. System sharing is handled by your browser or operating system. Opening X, Reddit or Xiaohongshu takes you to an independent service governed by its own policies.
When you email us
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request, investigate the issue and keep the correspondence needed to follow up. Please avoid sending credentials or unnecessary personal information.
We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, security or applicable legal obligations. Public share cards and aggregate quota history are retained separately from contact correspondence.
Providers and your choices
Service providers may handle information on our behalf for hosting, security, analytics and email delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and people using it. We do not sell personal information.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Send your request to contact@codexquota.today. Your browser can also block analytics requests; this does not prevent you from reading the public quota data.
Updates to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this page and its updated date. Third-party websites linked here have their own privacy policies.
